Indoor Gun Shoot

  • The design and details:

    • Sunday, February 12th, 2017
    • 2-5pm
    • 6565 Eldorado Pkwy, Frisco, TX 75033
    • 125.00 entry fee, 30 rounds per shooter, shooters bring their own guns and ammo. FGC will provide ear and eye protection. 3 target distances (5, 10, 15 yds with 10 rounds each).
    • 3 groups, 24 shooters per group. Our cost is 50.00 per shooter. 50% down.
    • We bring in food, drinks, napkins, plates, cups etc. To large room (85 capacity). We set up, serve and clean up. Tables, chairs and tv is provided.
    • 1 group shoots while 2 teams mingle in the large room. 25 minutes into shoot, the next team heads to the range to prepare for their time.

    • HOW YOU CAN HELP…

      • Share on social media
      • Help find shooters! We need 72.
      • Help pick up and set up supplies (food etc.).
      • Help clean up during and after event.
      • Help herd shooting groups to and from the range/meeting room.

  • Prizes, raffles and costs:

    • Categories: 1st and 2nd best score, 1st and 2nd best team score and worst score (Storm trooper award).
    • Raffle prize is a signed Fran Tarkenton Vikings Jersey (plus possibly others)
    • Best score prize is a signed Emmitt Smith football or jersey, Best team score prize- signed and personalized full size white panel football by Fran Tarkenton, 2nd best shooter award TBA, 2nd best team score prize to be provided by DW Group. Stormtrooper award will be private shooting lessons.
    • Total budget appears to be at (FGC 3600.00, food/drink/supplies 400.00 =4000.00) Additional prize costs will add a few hundred dollars. Printing costs will be approx. 400.00. Working to bring these all down – see the sponsorship section.

    • HOW YOU CAN HELP…

      • Use your connections to bring some cool prizes. We need 4 matching prizes fitting for the 2nd place team prize

      Gold – $800.00

      • Multiple mentions with logo and website link on facebook page.
      • Larger listing on website and banner.
      • 2 shooter registrations included.
      • 2″ X 3″ sticker on targets (perimeter)
      • Special recognition at the event.
      TITLE SPONSORSHIP – $2,000.00
      • EVERYTHING THE GOLD SPONSOR GETS +
      • The event is named after you (your company)!!
      • 4 total shooter registrations (team or individuals)
      • Your logo in the middle of the targets being stared at intensly as the bullseye.
      • e/o big screen ad will be your slide to do with as you wish.
      • First billing on any additional marketing materials chosen.
      • Special recognition at event along with a 2 minute speech.
  • Sponsorship can be “*In-Kind” or cash. In Kind donations are valued at your actual cost, not “market value”. In-kind donations can either assist with the event or be items valued at 50.00 or more to be raffled off. In-Kind donations can not be for more that 50% of a sponsorship level.
  • Title sponsorship will change the name of the event to that company name if appropriate.
